A lever fastening device (10; 50) comprises a lever (13) articulated to a base (11) about a first axis (14) and formed in two adjoining portions (18, 19) of which the first (18) has one of its ends articulated to the base (11) on the first axis (14) whereas the second portion (19) is articulated to the opposite end of the first portion (18) about a second axis (23); a tie element (15) is connected to the second portion (19) in a position spaced from the second axis (23) on the opposite side to the first axis (14).
