摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mounting of a oscillator easily and precisely, by forming plural rows of step-like recessed and projecting parts, and arranging rows such that each row is shifted by one pitch over number of rows which are determined in the repeating direction of surface on which an ultrasonic oscillator is mounted. SOLUTION: Two rows of step-like recessed and projecting parts are placed on the upper surface of a wedge 10, a raised part 20 between two rows is formed, and rectangular ultrasonic oscillators 11 are mounted on the left slope of each groove. Interval between center lines of first and second rows of ultrasonic oscillators 11 in the Y-direction is set to (d), and step-like recessed and projecting parts of two rows are shifted by 1/2 pitch in the X-direction each other. The first row is electrically scanned in the X-direction, the measured data is recorded, and its oscillators are shifted by (d) in the Y-direction with mechanical operation. Then, the second row is scanned in the X-direction and the measured data is recorded. Data gathered from both data is equivalent to that by scan for half X-axis scanning pitch. By repeating the operation thoroughly on welding area, flaw detection is completed. Therefore, flaw detection accuracy is improved and mounting work of a micro ultrasonic oscillator is easier.
