SOLUTION: A navigation controller 1 includes a map buffer 16 for displaying a specific map, a map-drawing part 20, a VRAM 22, a path search processing part 36 for performing a path search processing, a guidance path memory 38, a reception data buffer 50 for displaying received traffic information, and a VICS information drawing part 52. The VICS information drawing part 52 draws a specific symbol based on the received traffic information.
