PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a profile of a simple appropriate sheet by a method wherein a virtual temperature control loop in which a heater control output value is predictively calculated is provided to a thickness feedback control loop in which a temperature of a die bolt is set and changed. SOLUTION: A virtual temperature control loop wherein a heater control output value is predicted via a die bolt and heater temperature predictive arithmetic part 55, and feedbacked to a die bolt and heater temperature control part (PID) 52 is provided. When change of the set temperature is instructed from a profile control part 50, the set temperature is changed, and a temperature of each die bolt is controlled by controlling a heater with a heater control output device (SSR) 53. Then, predictive operation of a die bolt temperature is carried out with a die bolt and heater temperature predictive arithmetic part 55 based on a heater control output value of the SSR 53. Then, the heater control output value is calculated from a difference between the predictive temperature and set temperature, outputted from the SSR 53 via the PID 52, and the heater is controlled. |
