TIGHTLY SEALABLE AND EASILY OPENABLE CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an easily openable container which shows superb sealing properties at high temperature without the use of a special resin material. SOLUTION: This tightly sealable and easily openable container is made up of (A) a surface layer of thermoplastic resin with a thickness of 10-80μm and (B) an adjacent layer of thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic filler. When a multilayer structure of two or more layers with an interlayer peel strength between the surface layer (A) and the adjacent layer (B) of 0.3-2.0kg/15mm, is thermally molded, the part which becomes a flange of the container is pressed with a press pressure of 1.0-10.0kg/cm<2> to perform the thermal molding after heating the multilayer structure.
