摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a smooth grinding surface by enabling pressing force to satisfy a specific range in grinding processing of the specific number of grinding times of a blank after dress processing of a grinding wheel. SOLUTION: Pressurizing force (a grinding thickness) A (g/cm<2> ) to an aluminium alloy plate (a blank) at grinding work time is increased within a range to satisfy a condition of [A1 (0.8+0.02×(B-1))<=AB,AB<=A1 (1.0+0.08×(B-1)) and AB>=A1 ] according to an increase in the number B of grinding times of the aluminium alloy plate (a work) after dress processing of a grinding wheel. Here, A1 is grinding pressure (g/cm<2> ) of a first batch, and AB is grinding pressure (g/cm<2> ) of a (B)th batch. Grinding force is enhanced by increasing the grinding pressure, and the degradation of productivity is prevented, and a grinding surface having excellent surface roughness is obtained.
