<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld a member with a three-dimensionally complicated shape while holding the lapping parts of a flange without causing gap and while always keeping the relative positional relationship between lapping surface and high density energy beam constant. SOLUTION: The continuous welding device is equipped with laser oscillator, converging part 3 and holder 8. The holder 8 consists of a holding part 5 having a pair of spherical bearings 5a and cylindrical bearing 6 which have been installed on a holder main body 8a. The cylindrical bearing 6a is arranged in a part where the holding part 5 branches in the holder main body 8a. The converging part 3 is fixed so that the incident direction of a laser beam 4 becomes almost parallel to the direction of the lapping surface 1a, and a lapping part 1 is held by bearings 5a. The axial direction of he bearing 6a is perpendicular to both of the incident direction of the laser beam and a weld direction, and the bearing 6a is rolled on an end face 2.</p> |
