PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic analyzer of which a reflection source analytic chart can be electronically drawn. SOLUTION: This device specifies a position of a reflection source on the basis of the ultrasonic inspection data of a welding part 103 obtained by an ultrasonic test of a welded structure. On this occasion, the device comprises an accumulating means for accumulating the plural kinds of circuit views, a circuit view display means for selecting the specific circuit view 9 from the accumulated circuit views and displaying the same, and an ultrasonic beam path drawing means for operating the ultrasonic wave path on the basis of the ultrasonic inspection data, while inputting the ultrasonic inspection data 8, 10 obtained by the ultrasonic test, and drawing the operated ultrasonic wave beam path (92-95) on the selected circuit view. The position of the reflecting source 95 is specified from the ultrasonic beam path displayed by the ultrasonic beam path drawing means. |
