PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the collection of achieved work time with a simple constitution without drastically increasing the cost by providing a work times setting part setting the times of assembling work, a work time measuring part measuring the achieved work time, etc. SOLUTION: In each assembling process 11 , 12 , 13 ...1n , tightening work of screw with a screw tightening device 2 (motor driver), for example, is conducted. As the operation times of the motor driver, the tightening times of the screw are input in a work times setting part. The achieved work time data and the process data output from the work time measuring part provided at each process 11 , 12 , 13 ...1n are input in a manhour achievement collection device 6. This collection device 6 multiplies the achievement work time and a correction coefficient taken out of a correction coefficient data base and compares with the standard time from the standard time data base to judge. By this, even in the case the work place is not limited at one place, the achieved work time of actually working can be exactly collected. |
