摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a smooth grinding surface at substrate work time by using a grinding liquid having the specific weight concentration in grinding processing of the specific number of grinding times of a blank after dress processing of a grinding wheel. SOLUTION: The concentration C(%) of a grinding liquid supplied to an aluminum alloy plate (a blank) at grinding work time, is reduced within a range to satisfy [C1 (1.0-0.06×(B-1))<=CB, CB<=C1 (1.2-0.02×(B-1)) and 0<=CB<=C1 ] according to an increase in the number B of grinding times of the aluminium alloy plate (a work) after dress processing of a grinding wheel. Where C1 is the concentration (%) of the grinding liquid of a first batch, and CB is the concentration (%) of the grinding liquid of a (B)th batch. Grinding force is improved by reducing the concentration C of the grinding liquid, and the degradation of productivity is prevented, and a grinding surface having excellent surface roughness is obtained.
