Furthermore, the CPU 4 controls a graphic processing part 11 to makes it store an image of a table including a border to be corrected in video RAM 15 and controls an table image in the RAM 15 so that it may be on the screen of the monitor 2 based on the coordinate operation processing result. Because of this, the nuisance to change and process the cell width of plural columns one by one is solved.
