REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer replacing method capable of shortening a construction period and reducing construction cost. SOLUTION: In the computer replacement construction method constituted of a CPU 1, a PIO control device 2 and a repeating casing, a repeater box 4 entering the function of the repeating casing is prepared instead of the casing, an existing singal cable 9 from a field is disconnected from the casing, returned, aligned, and after its terminal processing, connected to the box 4. Connector wiring processing is executed in the box 4, the control device 2 is connected to the box 4 through a prefabricated cable 7 and the control device 2 is connected to the CPU 1 through a PIO bus 6. Since the repeating casing can be omitted and a signal cable between the casing and the box 4 is made unnecessary, a construction period in a field can be shortened and construction cost in the field can be reduced.
