PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater having excellent heat resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance by covering a surface side and a back surface side of a flat heater with a multi-layer compound film, and heat-sealing a peripheral part, and adhering a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated film to the surface side of the heater and a pressure sensitive adhesive single coated film to the back surface side, and tightly bonding peripheral parts of the double coated film and the single coated film at surfaces opposite to each other. SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive double coated film 7 is adhered to a surface side of a board 1, on which a conductive film 2 is laminated. The pressure sensitive adhesive double coated film 7 is formed by forming both surfaces of a base layer 71, which is made of the synthetic resin film such as polyester, with adhesive layers 72, 73 having excellent heat resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and metal non- corossiveness. A base layer 81 and an adhesive layer 82 of the pressure sensitive adhesive single coated film 8 are formed of the similar material with the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated film 7. Both the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated film 1 and the pressure sensitive adhesive single coated film 8 are formed at the same peripheral dimension longer than the peripheral dimension of a multi-layer compound film 4. Peripheral parts of the double coated film and the single coated film can be thereby tightly bonded to each other. |
