<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an electric power protection circuit by protecting a reverse battery condition protecting element from the overvoltage condition of a battery power source, and combining an overvoltage protecting element which generates protective power output separated from the overvoltage condition and the reverse battery voltage condition. SOLUTION: The first MOSFET transistor 140, the first driver 155 which is among its related parts, and a switch 150, is constituted so as to combine a reverse battery condition protecting element which is formed so as to be protected from the reverse battery condition (Vbat <0). On the other hand, the second MOSFET transistor 145, the second driver 160 which is among its related parts, and a regulator/clamp 165 are constituted so as to combine an overvoltage protecting element which protects the overvoltage condition which may exist at a power input end 115 and generates protective power output separated from a battery overvoltage condition and the reverse battery voltage condition. It is thus possible to attain an electric power protection circuit.</p> |
