PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor device system capable of receiving an input signal in a state removing phase shift even when phase shift exists between a received clock and an input signal. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of plural semiconductor devices, a driving side semiconductor device 11 outputs a clock and outputs an output signal synchronously with the clock and a receiving side semiconductor device 12 inputs the output signal outputted from the device 11 as an input signal synchronously with the received clock. The device 12 is provided with input circuits 53-0 to 53-n for entering input signals and input timing adjusting circuits 54-0 to 54-n for adjusting the phases of clocks supplied to the input circuits 53-0 to 53-n so that each input circuit fetches the input signal in a valid and stable state.
