<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device (mouse) having structure for easily recognizing that it is always used in a satisfactory state. SOLUTION: The mouse 1 has a ball 3, a rotation detection part 8 detecting the rotation of the ball 3 and a case 2 storing the ball 3 and the rotation detection part 8. In such a case, a hole 5b is provided in a position adjusted to the upper part of the ball 3 at the upper face of the case 2. The hole 5b is covered by a transparent acrylic board 4. Thus, an operator can recognize whether the ball 3 smoothly rotates or not while he uses it in such a structure. The ball 3 is arranged near the tip of the mouse 1.</p> |
