PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the smooth rotation of a rotating member, by installing a plane member which has a plane vertical to a rotary shaft, at the end of an elastic member, and bringing the plane into contact with the rotating member, and transmitting the oscillatory motion that the end of the elastic member performs, to the rotating member. SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 is composed of semicolumnar members 2 and 3 being elastic bodies, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements which are retained in conditions of being caught by these. Here, a circular member 16 is attached to the face, sliding on a rotor 6, of the oscillator 1, that is, to the ends of the semicircular members 2 and 3. The circular member 16 is a member for flattening the end of the oscillator 1, and it consists of metallic material, resin, or the like of the same kind as the semicircular members 2 and 3, and the face to contact with the rotor 6 is made a flat face vertical to the rotary shaft of the rotor 6 end besides smooth. The sliding member 15 slides on the flat face of the circular member 16 without directly sliding on the end face of the oscillator 1. Therefore, the rotor 6 smoothly rotate without causing unevenness in rotation, receiving the influence of the edge or a difference in level existing at the end of the oscillator 1. |
