PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a procedure of two processes with one process by a method wherein a wire squeezing guide and a cutting blade holder are made to retreat by a specified length and a part of the cover of a wire corresponding to the retreating length is removed. SOLUTION: A wire 6 is inserted through an opening 3 and, when a rotary sliding shaft 2 is driven in a direction that a cutting blade 7 attached to a cutting blade holder 4 removes the cover of the wire 6, the rotary sliding shaft 2 is made to retreat while it is turned. Interlocked with the rotary sliding shaft 2, a wire squeezing guide 5 is made to retreat while it is turned and the edge part 8 of the guide 5 is brought into contact with the cutting blade holder 4 while the wire 6 is squeezed. Then the cutting blade holder 4 is turned with a pressure and made to retreat with the rotary sliding shaft 2 by a specified length while the cover of the wire 6 is cut by the cutting blade 7 to remove the specified length of the cover of the wire 6. With this constitution, a procedure of two processes can be completed with one process and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
