PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously conduct photographing of an operator when the operator operates a note personal computer and to close completely a screen member. SOLUTION: The electronic camera 70 is fitted turnably to a screen member 81 of a notebook personal computer with a mount member 1 having a spherical slide part. The electronic camera 70 is adjusted so as to be directed to the operator 90 while the screen member 81 is open, and even when an angle with respect to the screen is made narrow, a margin is provided so as to prevent a front end from being in contact. Furthermore, the screen member 81 is completely closed while the electronic camera 70 is mounted without giving hindrance by the camera and its mount member and the electronic camera 70 is directed toward the operator 90 by turning the electronic camera 70 even after the screen member is closed.
