PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a brushless motor, which dispenses with an encoder to control the brushless motor, miniaturize equipment such as an electric actuator in which the brushless motor is used, and reduces the cost, and its device thereof. SOLUTION: Output signal of magnetic sensors 14a-14c for detecting the position of a rotor of a brushless motor 12 are converted into pulse signals Pu, Pv, Pw by conversion parts 16a-16c to generate a rotational pulse signal Pt which corresponds to the rise and fall of the pulse signals Pu, Pv, Pw by a rotational pulse generation part 20. The rotational speed signal is generated by the rotational pulse signal Pt by a rotational speed signal generation part 24, and the speed deviation signal which is a difference from the signal of target rotational speed data is generated by a comparison part 36. The prescribed control operation is performed on the speed deviation signal by a control operation part 40, and the drive signal of the brushless motor 12 is generated by a drive signal generation part 44 through a torque comparison part 42, an overload detection part 43, and a comparison part 45, and the rotation of the brushless motor 12 is controlled. |
