PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a liquid into a tank without adhesion of the liquid to a hand by fitting a supply port separately from an outflow port, and independently a pan for the supply port. SOLUTION: A supply port 11 of the liquid to a tank 1 and a lid 12 for the supply port 11 are separately provided from an outflow port 2 from the tank 1 so that the lid 12 of the supply port 11 is not immersed in the liquid, and the supply port 11 and the lid 12 are immersed in the liquid leaked into a pan 13, and the negative pressure in the tank 1 is not lost even when the airtightness of the supply port 11 is lost by providing the pan 13 for the supply port 11. That means, even when the airtightness of the supply port 11 is lost due to the shortage of the tightening force of the lid 12 and degradation of a packing, the lid 12 is only wet, and no more liquid leaks therefrom. Thus, no liquid is adhered to a hand when the lid 12 of the supply port 11 is opened for the supply of the liquid to the tank 1. |
