METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC PARTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of an internal structure defect by mixing an electrode paste for forming the electrode itself and a particle consisting of a dielectric as a conductor paste for forming an inner electrode and at the same time setting the sintering temperature of the particle differently from that of a ceramic sheet. SOLUTION: For laminating ceramic sheets 1 and 2 and forming an piece of electronic parts with an inner electrode in the inner layer, a conductor paste 4 is printed on the ceramic sheet 1 and a ceramic sheet 2 is laminated on it before being baked. Also, the conductor paste 4 is obtained by mixing a particle 6 consisting of a dielectric to an electrode paste 5 such as silver and gold for constituting the inner electrode itself. The particle 6 is baked in one piece with the electrode paste 5 on baking and plays a role of sealing upper and lower ceramic sheets 1 and 2 even at the part of the inner electrode. Further, the particle 6 has a different sintering temperature from that of a material for forming the ceramic sheets 1 and 2.
