PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and fix a wiring appliance to a wall material firmly by a method wherein a protruding part which makes a holding plate progress toward the wall material in accordance with the turn of a screw is provided on the rear of a frame main part and, further, guide parts which are formed into circular-arc shapes matching a circular hole drilled in the wall material are made to protrude on the rear of the frame main part. SOLUTION: A protruding part 17 which is continuous in a longitudinal direction and has an approximately U-shaped cross-section is made to protrude integrally on the rear of a frame main part 2 and a guide channel 18 is provided in the recess of the protruding part 17. Further, a screw 19 which is inserted from the front side of the frame main part 2 is accommodated in the guide channel 18 and the screw 19 is inserted into a screw attaching hole. Further, on the rear of the frame main part 2 and on both the upper edges of the protruding part 17, guide parts 21 formed into circular-arc shapes matching a circular hole 16 drilled in a wall material 15 are made to protrude integrally on the rear of the frame main part 2. With this constitution, as the guide parts 21 can be used as positioning devices when the frame is inserted and function as a guide, the loosening of the protruding part 17 is avoided and the frame can be inserted into the drilled circular hole 16 stably.
