<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely and equivalently adjust other resistance, to reduce adjusting resistance and a link member and to reduce the substrate area of a semiconductor integrated circuit by connecting in series one resistance having a resistance value which is almost equal to a value obtained by multiplying the total sum of plural adjusting resistance values by second and first resistance ratios. SOLUTION: Voltage-dividing resistance constituted of a first resistance RA where n-pieces of adjusting resistances R1-n shorted by link members L1-n are connected in series and a second resistance RB where one adjusting resistance R0 which is similarly shorted by a link member L0 in series is displayed. Divided voltage proportional to voltage applied between input terminals 1 and 2 is outputted from an output terminal 3 provided for the middle point of the resistances RA ad RB. When the respective resistance values of the resistances RA and RB or adjusting resistances R0, R1-n are set to be rA, rB, r0, r1-n, the voltage-dividing ratio when the link members L0, L1-n are not cut is obtained. When it is larger than a design value, the resistance value rA is set to be equivalently large and the voltage-dividing ratio is adjusted so that it is approximated to the design value.</p> |
