<p>A device for a vacuum cleaner including a cyclone separator which is connected to a vacuum source. The cyclone separator has a mainly cylindrical cyclone housing (21) and a liner (23). The cyclone housing has an inlet (17) through which dust laden air is tangentially drawn into the cyclone housing. The liner (23) is shaped as a hollow up-side-down truncated cone with a lower opening (24) facing toward a collecting container (27) arranged below the liner. The device includes a liquid tank (53). Liquid from the tank can be drawn into the air which flows to the cyclone separator.</p> |
