FIELD: equipment for doing exercises, may be used for other purposes. SUBSTANCE: stilt has support provided with restricting plate in its upper part. Cylindrical housing embraces support with restricting plate and is rigidly connected with its upper part to supporting plate of conductor. Sleeve is rigidly connected with lower part of cylindrical casing. Shock-absorbing members are positioned between restricting plate on support and sleeve. Shock-absorbing members may be made in the form resilient rubber cords. Support shoe has spherical surface. Cylindrical casing is defined by rigid hollow pipes. Conductor may be provided with removable handle for supporting hand wrist. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and simplified construction. 6 cl, 1 dwgm
