<p>The offered device for sharpening the teeth on a hand-saw is designed in the form of wooden nippers and is characteristic in that the device consists of 2 tablets that form the jaw of the nippers A and B, and wedge nog C. Both the tablets - jaw of the nippers - are joined with a screw bolt D in a way that the jaws are moving over the circumference which ensures sufficiently stable fixing of the saw. The jaw of the nippers are joined only in one place with a screw, which divides the moving jaw in the proportion a:b = 2/5:3/5 (image 1). Sufficiently stable fixing of the saw is ensured by the jaw of the nippers which are made of tablets with a thickness of 2 cm, where the moving jaw A is 25 cm long and length a=10 cm, but b= 15 cm. The prolonged end of the static jaw B of the device can be fixed horizontally stock-still to the bench, which allows the saw to be sharpened in the sitting position.<IMAGE></p> |
