PURPOSE:To provide a drink compounded with a large amount of dietary fiber composed mainly of glucomannan without lowering the high fluidity of the drink and the characteristic palatability of the drink. CONSTITUTION:Irreversibly heat-coagulated material composed mainly of glucomannan is cut with a blade to small cubes containing >=90wt.% fraction passing through a 160 Tyler mesh sieve and neutralized with an acid. The finely cut cubes are compounded with drink raw materials to obtain the objective drink. |
