Method of manufacturing permanent way with rigid rails mounted on hydraulically-bonded support later

The method involves prefabricated concrete trough walls (3l,3r) having a definite length with imbedded reinforcement (2,2l,2r), whereby two walls for each track are connected together using a reinforcement mesh (2). The trough walls are set on the support layer and then a trough bed (5) is prepared between the walls, in which the mesh is imbedded. A track panel (6,7l,7r) is then adjusted and held in position. The hollow space between the trough walls and the trough bed is then filled with filler concrete (8). The track panel is then settled after partial hardening if the concrete. The reinforcement of the trough walls is designed to be basket-shaped, whereby parts of the reinforcement project out from the wall.
