The plate (1) has T-shaped edges (2) along its longitudinal sides. The upper side of the plate has two parallel holder plates (3) each with a guide (4) at right-angles to the longitudinal side of the plate. An elastic slide-piece (5) is inserted between the holder plates. A universal joint with inner threaded piece for fixing the long handle is positioned by two pins (6) placed in the sides of the slide-piece which is supported on the front edge (2) of the plate and is longer than the holder-plates. A replacement plate is fixed to the underside of the plate.
