Substrate with network of conductive paths

The substrate contains a surface and an interior which is originally electrically non-conductive, but can be rendered conductive by application of high energy irradiation. Two mutually transverse conductive paths form a two-dimensional crosslinked conductive path structure. The conductive paths are formed by the high energy irradiation. Inside the substrate body, two two-dimensionally crosslinked conductive path structures are set to form a three-dimensional, crosslinked conductive path structure (3,5) by irradiation forming the inner conductive paths (3,4).
