Computer mouse to move sides of display window frame

The mouse 10 of a computer system has a control input 24 in the centre that allows the size of the information frame 46 to be varied on all four sides. The normal cursor 52 is moved by displacing the mouse and is pointed at the frame. The frame control input is operated in one of four directions to identify the side to be changed. The mouse connects to a module having frame 56 and cursor 58 control software.
