A part of a facade, partition or the like, useful on both sides and capable of being horizontally swivelled or vertically pivoted through 180 DEG , comprises: a) replaceable casing/frame fittings/plates (22'', 22'''); b) a concealed hinge mounting (1, 3, 5, 6, 7; 37) (Fig. 1c) optionally having friction elements (8), located in the centre of the casing/frame cross section; c) surrounding, U-shaped friction mouldings or sections (21) on both sides of the mounting (37); d) a surrounding air duct (e) in the internal groove of the frame with vents between the U-shaped mouldings (21); and e) a replaceable opening device (33) for turning the mouldings (21). There is also described a swivel or pivot hinge mounting comprising: a clamping plate (1) for casing (20) or frame (19); a clamping plate (3) for frame (19) or casing (20); a pivot bolt plate (6) at an adjustable distance to one of the clamping plates (1, 3); and a pivot bolt (7), optionally equipped with friction elements (8). Lastly, there is described an opening device (33) for turning the friction mouldings on opening and which comprises: a block (34) with pivot pin (34'); a long lever (35) having spacing (38) and release (37) holdes; a short lever (35') fixed to the lever (35) via hole (35'') at one end thereof and fixed to a slide rod at the other end, the lever (35, 35') being intended for turning about the pin (34') for movement of the frame (19) when opening to turn the mouldings (21), and a mounting (36, 37, 38) which permits controlled movement of the short lever (35') when turning about the pin (34'). |
