A disposable body fluids absorbent padding comprising a liquid-guiding fibrous sheet interposed between a liquidpermeable topsheet and a liquid-absorbent core is intermittently fused to said topsheet and integrally bonded together in the direction of a thickness defined between the upper surface of said topsheet and the lower surface of said fibrous layer at these fused spots.
