PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use commercial filter paper and fold a filter rest to a small size for ensuring the convenience of portability by making the filter rest tubular body using two receiving plates bendable along the prescribed line so as to form a through-hole on a lower part and a filter insertion opening on an upper part. SOLUTION: The filter rest of a coffee brewer is formed out of a rectangular part 11a, and approximately triangular parts 11b with respective ends connected to both sides of the rectangular part 11a, so as to be freely foldable. Also, two receiving plates of soft material such as elastomer are formed to have both ends and a lower end freely foldable, and a small hole 11c is drilled through the lower end, thereby forming a filter rest tubular body 11. Thus, the tubular body 11, when expanded to house a filter 4 and placed on a coffee cup, can be used as a coffee brewer. In this case, the folded parts of the receiving plates to form the tubular body 11 are preferably thinned, compared with other parts, so as to be easily folded. |
