PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supplement ink into an ink tank simply and supply the ink surely to a print head by a method wherein the ink tank and an ink supplying means are constituted as one block, capable of being pulled out of a printer casing. SOLUTION: An ink tank 213 and an ink supplying means 210 are provided on a supporting frame 215 and are fixed with a predetermined positional relation while the supporting frame 215 is provided so as to be capable of being pulled out of a printer casing 1 through a guide rail 255 and so as to be capable of being received at a predetermined position in the printer casing 1. In this case, the base seat 212 of the ink supplying means is pushed against a rotary roller 211 by the resilient force of a spring 212S. Accordingly, the ink tank 213 and the ink supplying means 210 are formed so as to be capable of being pulled out of and being received into the printer casing 1 as one block (ink supplying block 250) without changing any relative positional relation between them. When ink is supplied into the ink tank 213, the ink is supplied while pulling out the ink supplying block 215 to the outside of the printer casing 1. |
