SOLUTION: At least one packing 22 is arranged within the area of an expansion gap which is formed between a turbine housing 2 and a nozzle ring 11 and a packing 22 fitted ring shaped groove is formed on at least one of the component parts 3, 4, 5 of the turbine housing 2 enclosing at least one of the fixed elements or a fixed element of the nozzle ring 11.
