PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a HEPA filter by one person by providing a flange larger than an opening of a fitting plate and which flange having tapped holes on the upper side of the HEPA filter and putting out only the flange to the upper side of the opening of the fitting plate to hang and hold the filter on the fitting plate. SOLUTION: When fitting a highly airtight HEPA filter 3a used as a final filter for a clean air conditioner, first a fitting plate 7a is fitted to the inside of a filter chamber 2, and on the other hand, on the upper side of the HEPA filter 3a, an upper side flange 9a larger than an opening of the fitting plate 7a and having tapped holes for fixing it to the fitting plate 7a is fitted. And through a gasket 10a fitted on the upper side periphery of the opening of the fitting plate 7a in advance, the flange 9a is closely adhered to the fitting plate 7a to fix them by tightening bolts 12. In this way, on fitting the HEPA filter 3a, it is easily fitted by one person, and on replacing it, it is prevented from falling. |
