<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform pull-off and mounting of a fit-in part without the occurrence of damage by a method wherein a shaft sleeve for support coupled to the central axis of an internal member is supported by a roller in a manner that a vertical position is regulatable and the pull-out side of the internal member is vertically movably suspended by a suspension tool. SOLUTION: When the internal 13 of a double casing pump is pulled out from an external casing 11, shaft sleeves 1, 2, 3... are coupled to the shaft end of a main shaft 14 and a shaft sleeve 1 situated closer to the main shaft 14 is supported by a roller 6. After the axes of the shaft sleeves 1, 2, 3... are caused to coincide with the axis of the main shaft 14 and the center of the inner periphery 11a of the external casing 11, a rope 18c suspended from a hook 18a is hooked at the end part of the internal 13. The main shaft 14 on which an internal 13 and shaft sleeves 1, 2, 3... are attached is moved by a monorail 18. In this case, where there is possibility for the shaft sleeve 3 at a tip to be dislocated from the roller 6, the shaft sleeves 4 and 5 are extended to length long enough to allow pull-off of the internal 13.</p> |
