PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove sludge substance such as COD, P and N contained in sewage. SOLUTION: The sewage treatment facility is equipped with a first precipitation basin 31, a reaction tank 3 which is connected to the first precipitation basin 31 and also aerated and a second precipitation basin 4 connected to the reaction tank 3. A diffuser 32 is disposed in the first precipitation basin 31 and connected to a blower 34 through an air pipe 33. Inflow sewage 1 is aerated in the first precipitation basin 31 and sludge substance in sewage 1 is aerobically treated.
