<p>An apparatus for facilitating the fusion of adjacent bone structures includes implant members (4) configured for insertion within a space defined between adjacent bone structures. The device of the disclosure provides a series of resilient supporting arches (11) which serve to act as spacers between two adjacent bone structures.
