A capillary tube connects the operation installation with the service device. The capillary tube is wound on to a bearer, which forms part of the service device. Between the wall and the bearer (16), an air space (21) is formed. This air space is formed as a flow channel, which at each end has an outward opening (22,3). The bearer extends into the area of the regulating component (11). The capillary tube wound onto the bearer is enclosed by a casing (20) provided with an opening. The opening is formed as a slot. The bearer has a limit (18), which defines the smallest diameter of the casing. The limit is formed as a support wall, which together with the casing, a basic wall (17) and a cylinder wall (19) defines a winding space (29)
