PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a plugged bag wherein a plug is attached to the seam edge of a twofold packing material. SOLUTION: A packing material X sterilized in a sterilizing part 20 is sent from above to below while folded double laterally in a folding part A, and an attaching part (y) of a plug Y is inserted into the gap between seam edges of the packing material X at a plug supply part B. The seam edges are mutually bonded together with the plug Y thermally at a vertical seal part C to perform vertical sealing. Thereafter, first lateral sealing is applied to the packing material on the lower side of the plug Y from the seam edges of the folded-back edge at a lateral seal part E. The region surrounded by the folded-back edge, the vertical seal and the first seal of the packing material X is filled with content at a filing part D. Finally, second sealing is performed on the upper side of the plug Y from the seam edges to the folded back edge at the lateral seal part E, and the first and second seal parts are cut at a cutting part F to form a bag Z with plug. |
