<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of exhaust gas to an installation site with a simple structure by connecting an exhaust port inserted into the upper portion of a cleaning tank directly to a suction/exhaust duct, and providing a device for feeding air into the tank in one direction. SOLUTION: Inclusive of such a case that a pipeline opening/closing device 8 such as a damper or a bulb is interposed between an exhaust port 5 inserted into a cleaning tank and a suction/exhaust duct 9, the exhaust port 5 is connected directly to the suction/exhaust duct 9, thereby preventing leakage of gas without any clearance which may be formed in the case where a hood is used. The inside of the cleaning tank becomes a negative pressure by suction and exhaustion, thus preventing any leakage of gas from an inserting port 4 of a motor shaft. A clearance of the inserting port 4 is adjusted for preventing an excessive negative pressure. Sucked/evacuated gas is introduced to an insignificant portion or an absorber. The inner face of the cleaning tank and the exhaust port 5 are preferably made of fiber reinforced plastic of inorganic fiber in the case where treating liquid and generated gas are acidic. Particularly, since a red phosphor for a color picture tube includes an expensive rare earth element, it is desirable to suitably recycle the phosphor.</p> |
