PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laminated sheet of superior resistance to wear, contact feeling and emboss holding properties after molding by laminate integrating a base layer constituted of a surface layer composed of polypropylene resin, a base layer composed of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer and a foamed layer composed of thermoplastic resin in this order. SOLUTION: A surface layer is composed of polypropylene resin, and as the polypropylene resin, a polyproylene single polymer is used, and also a copolymer composed of propylene as a main component andα-olefin is used. A base layer is composed of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer. The polyolefin elastomer is provided with soft segments composed of polyethylene, a copolymer composed of ethylene and a small amount of diene or the like and hard segments composed of polypropylene. As for thermoplastic resin constituting a foamed layer, no particular restriction is applied, and polyolefin resin or the like is used. The surface layer, the base layer and the foamed layer are laminate integrated in this order.
