PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition attaching structure and a method of installation thereof, which can greatly enhance the working efficiency for an installation work, and which can reduce the working cost. SOLUTION: A partition attaching structure is composed of a partition panel 1, frame member 2,ψattached to the outer peripheral end edges of the partition panel 1, attachments 4,... fixed to job-side attaching surfaces, and bolt and nut members 5, 6 for connecting the attachments 4 to the frame members 2. Vertical dovetail grooves 3, 3 for receiving therein the head parts of the bolt members 5, are formed in vertical frames 7, 7 of the frame members 2,..., and insertion parts for inserting therein male thread parts of the bolt member 5 are formed in the attachments 4.
