FIELD: manufacture of modular reflectors. SUBSTANCE: reflector has frame, panels, and joining members; panels are made in the form of three-layer cellular lugs with longitudinal stiffening ribs inserted in cells of lugs through pins; central part of each lug carries cell-mounted sector insert; lugs are joined together through longitudinal stiffening ribs; frame has central hub with flange that holds lugs tight against bushing and external ring with tongues securing it to lugs; central hub and external ring are joined together by means of ribs; fixed to external ring are four additional stiffening ribs with peripheral mounts for securing external ring to lugs; peripheral mounts are fastened to external ring through rods; longitudinal stiffening ribs are fixed to external ring. EFFECT: improved precision of reflecting surfaces of large reflectors and provision for saving their shape under emergency conditions. 9 dwgF |
