METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPERATION OF CONTINUOUS DRYING PLANT

FIELD: drying technology. SUBSTANCE: continuous drying plant includes tunnel-type housing and screen belt conveyer; drying agent is fed under upper run of conveyer. Housing is divided into four sections: preliminary heating section, full heating section, maximum heating section and cooling section. Atmospheric air heated due to heat of product being cooled is fed to fourth section. Then air thus preheated is fed to first section for preliminary heating; used drying agent is subjected to heat exchange with outside air in second and third sections through jacket; it is preheated and is fed to thermal generator where it is additionally heated and is admitted for treatment of product in these sections.
