INFORMATION MULTIPLEXING METHOD, INFORMATION EXTRACT METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiplex other information on a dynamic image, while keeping original image quality of the moving image. SOLUTION: A decoding processing part 6 inputs an original dynamic image 2, extracts a horizontal/vertical pixel number and a unit time image number (M×N) 7 from the dynamic image 2 and decomposes the image into attribute information 9 of the dynamic image and an image group 10 of every M×N×T frames each. An information multiplex unit 8 uses at first the horizontal/vertical pixel number and the unit time image number (M×N) 7 to transform orthogonally into a coefficient matrix of M×N×T, then uses an information multiplexing key 3 to generate a random number one by one, sequentially selects an optional coefficient from the coefficient matrix, based on the random number and outputs an image 12 of every frame each of whose information multiplexing is finished by changing the selected coefficient every bits of multiplexed information 4. A coding processing part 11 encodes the attribute information 9 of the dynamic image 2 and the image 12 of every frame to output an information multiplexed dynamic image 5.
