PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability in connecting a cord to a printed board, by a method wherein a slit is formed from an end face of the printed board to a cord insertion hole and a copper wire cord is slid through the slit to the cord insertion hole, and then connecting the cord and the printed board with solder. SOLUTION: A slit is formed from an end face of a printed board to a cord insertion hole 'd' a copper wire cord is slid to the cord insertion hole 'd', and then the cord and the printed board are connected with solder. In this case, the width 'f' of the slit at the entrance is made larger than the width 'g' at the end of the slit to make the copper wire cord easily inserted even if the cord is in a disjoined state. Therefore, even if the cord is disjoined at the entrance, it is gradually held together to the sliding width while it is slid toward the cord insertion hole 'd' and can be finally stored in the cord insertion hole 'd' stably. By this method, the workability in connecting the printed board and the cord can be increased. |
